All attendees will be asked to pay for rallies approximately two weeks prior to the event taking place. For holiday rallies it can be up to six weeks in advance depending on the requirement of the venue.

Where a social fee applies, this will be collected at the same time. This request will come to you via email.  This means that all ralliers will be required to make payment in advance via BACS for both the rally fee and any associated social fee.

A place is only fully confirmed once payment has been received.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests should be made to the treasurer@southstaffscaravanclub.co.uk who will refer them to the Committee for consideration. This ensures decisions are fair, consistent, and not the responsibility of any one individual.

Refunds will be considered for valid and unavoidable reasons, such as illness, bereavement, or other significant unforeseen circumstances beyond a member’s control.  We will also consider if we are able to fill the place if we are obliged to pay for it by the landowner.
